Special Skills: Billing Queen – She manages our billing department with ease and protects our patients from insurance confusion

Office Glue – She holds this entire office together. It is unlikely you won’t hear one of us say, “That’s A Joyce Question” at least once during your visit.

Fun Facts: Interested in K–Dramas and investing- When she’s not at work, you will probably find her doing one of those activities Gamer and Amateur IT Specialist- She knows more about computers than anyone else in the office and is forever having to fix things when one of us messes them up

Hometown: Oak Hill, WV

Special Skills: Juggling – Whether it’s the phones, the schedule, or referrals, she manages to keep all the balls in the air and keep a smile on her face while doing it

Fun Facts: Outdoor enthusiast – She loves to bicycle and go 4-Wheeling with her husband

Baker – She makes the most delicious goodies and shares them with us often!

Green Thumb- She keeps the plants in and around the office alive (and safe from Dr. Ortiz)

Hometown: Gilmanton, NH

Special Skills: Collector of multiple regional and healthcare information. She has lived in several states and worked in a variety of different healthcare practices and she brings us a lot of knowledge from those experiences.

Fun Facts: Likes to crochet blankets and other fun items to share with friends and family.

Has 2 grown sons that also live in different states and work with the military.

Hometown: Tioga, WV

Special Skills:    

Great at making everyone look and feel good about their new glasses. Nothing makes her happier than helping people and making them happy.

Fun Facts: Loves a good scary movie- the scarier the better!

Has worked in the medical field since the early 2000s.

Hometown: Beaver, WV

Special Skills: Conversation starter – it doesn’t matter if you’re shy or quiet, she will get you chatting in no time!

Ability to go with the flow- every day is different around here and she just dives in and handles it with grace.   

Fun Facts: Enjoys spending time with her son and family. Fishing, swimming, and other outdoor activities is probably where you’re going to catch her when she’s not at work.

Has the same name as our Electronic Records Software – so there are days you may hear her being grumped about – but we promise, we’re talking about the computers not her!

Hometown: Powellton, WV

Special Skills: Plays bass guitar and sings – maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll be treated to some music while you’re here.

Fun Facts: He loves to play music and spend time with his fiancée and family. His church often enjoys his musical abilities.

Collects bass guitars – while he only has about 10 at the moment, he would love to fill an entire room with them!

In 2023 we lost a big part of our team. Vivian served as office manager for 7 years and was always a source of joy and laughter in this office. We continue to work every day to keep her alive in our hearts by continuing to bring as much light into the world as possible. She will be missed but never forgotten.
